Otoño : 6 proyectos con calabazas

Aunque el tiempo nos esté dando un bonus extra de sol y calorcito, tenemos que hacernos a la idea de que estos serán los últimos coletazos antes del frío, las lluvias y el crudo invierno, así que en el post de hoy os voy a recomendar cinco proyectos hechos con el producto estrella de estos meses otoñales: La calabaza. Sirve tanto para decorar como para hacer sabrosas recetas, es el cerdo de los vegetales, se aprovecha todo ;) Ahí van!
Supongo que ya conoceréis su blog, pero si la respuesta es no, y sois muy muy golosos, no entréis, puede ser vuestra perdición. La verdad es que para hacer esta tarta y que quede así de bonita hay que tener mucha mano y paciencia, pero siempre podemos hacer el bizcocho y después decorarla como queramos.
Si queremos decorar la casa pero de una manera original y en colores neutros, esta idea puede ser la mejor opción, pintarla de blanco y luego añadir algunas lentejuelas en puntos estratégicos.
No hay nada que me guste más cuando llega el frío que tomar un caldito o una crema bien caliente para entrar en calor, sientan tan bien! Esta opción a priori me parece muy apetitosa y fácil de hacer, así que ya tengo receta para unas cuantas cenas ;)
Haciendo un agujero a la medida de la vela que queramos meter, y en función del tamaño de la calabaza podemos jugar con diferentes resultados. Decorando una mesa le da un toque muy otoñal.
Me encantan los pasteles de hojaldre, me parecen sencillos de hacer - siempre que compres la masa ya hecha - y el resultado siempre es bueno. Estos están rellenos de calabaza y acompañados de azúcar moreno y canela, una buena mezcla.
Esta opción me parece la más graciosa, sólo hay que vaciar la calabaza, hacer el hueco de la boca y en ella meterle una típica dentadura postiza de vampiro.
